WELCOME to Foundation Fitness where our purpose is to help athletes build a solid “foundation” of quality movement before adding strength, flexibility, or endurance on top. If we fail to address someone’s ability to move well, we are doing them a disservice!

We accomplish this by providing an individualized plan based on an assessment after each training cycle. In addition, small group training provides an encouraging, high energy environment with attentive coaching which makes training more fun, provides more accountability, and helps develop a community of like-minded individuals. While you will have an exercise program tailored to you, you will train with a group of driven people, each with his/her own personal goals. For adults and youth athletes, you won’t find a better program or training environment around.
