Unlike other programs where there’s a ‘one size fits all’ approach, your individual needs will be addressed during each training session at Foundation Fitness. In addition, small group training provides an encouraging, high energy environment with attentive coaching which makes training more fun, provides more accountability, and helps develop a community of like-minded individuals. While you will have an exercise program tailored to you, you will train with a group of driven people, each with his/her own personal goals. For adults and youth athletes, you won’t find a better program or training environment around.

Adult Semi-Private Training

Starting at $129/month

Adult semi-private training sessions are 50-minutes long and are constructed to improve movement quality, increase strength and lean mass while boosting your metabolism to burn body fat. Each session consists of an Active Warm Up (to promote movement and tissue quality), Strength Training (utilizing full body movements to maximize results), and high intensity conditioning (to increase fat burning and cardiovascular endurance). Every session is tailored to each participant’s abilities, so you are always challenged but never defeated!

Athletic Performance Training

Athletic Performance Training sessions are 60-minutes long and are constructed to help athletes take their performance to the next level. Similar to the Adult Training, each session consists of an Active Warm Up (including soft tissue work, speed, agility, and power), Strength Training (full-body movements used to maximize results and minimize injury risk), and High Intensity Conditioning (used to increase cardiovascular and muscular endurance).

Private Training

While the core offering from Foundation Fitness is the semi-private training program, we understand some people need or prefer a more private setting. With personal training you get the gym to yourself and a personalized program built to help you achieve your fitness and health goals. Sessions available in 30 or 60 minutes.

Distance Coaching

Starting at $99/month

Distance Coaching is the best way to train with me if you are a) living outside the DFW area or b) you want a more cost effective way to change your fitness and nutrition habits. This online program is tailored to your goals, your needs, and based on the equipment you have available to you. This service also allows you to train on your own time!
