WELCOME to Foundation Fitness where our purpose is to help athletes build a solid “foundation” of quality movement before adding strength, flexibility, or endurance on top. If we fail to address someone’s ability to move well, we are doing them a disservice!
We accomplish this by providing an individualized plan based on an assessment after each training cycle. In addition, small group training provides an encouraging, high-energy environment with attentive coaching which makes training more fun, provides more accountability, and helps develop a community of like-minded individuals. While you will have an exercise program tailored to you, you will train with a group of driven people, each with his/her own personal goals. For adults and youth athletes, you won’t find a better program or training environment around.
